Pre Surgical care is us making sure your muscles and nervous system is ready for the trauma of surgery.

Post Surgical care we will work on your scar, which has been found to be a huge source of pain. Then move the join area slowly while rehabilitating it back to it's pre-surgery ROM and muscle tests. 

Eventually we get you back to your Active lifestyle at the gym or running in the trails by your house.
